Climate Adaptive Qualities
This variety of eggplant have a smooth and firm texture and excellent cooking flavor. They are dark purpole with green-tinted flesh that usually grow to about 9 inches and 3 inches in diameter. The eggplant grow in clusters of 4 to 6 on 2 feet plants. This variety is disease-resistant and rarely bitter.

Directions: Sow seeds insides 6 - 8 weeks before last frost date for your growing zone. Once the seedlings are established and frost warnings have passed transplant to garden. Plant about 2 to 3 feet apart.
TIP: Start eggplant indoors but soak the seeds first to encourage germination for about 1 day. Then sow them on surface and lightly cover with 1/4" potting soil.
