Raspberry Cream Globe Amaranth flowers (Gomphrena Globasa) are stunningly simple as a bouquet. They are white to off white in color with a tall stalk. When they dry they change to a bright white.

You can use Globe Amaranth flowers in both fresh and dried arrangements. This flower is also used medicinally and in many cosmetics, making it a highly useful flower in any home garden. Gomphrena bloom summer to frost. Drought tolerant once established.
