Double Red corn is gorgeous! The kernels are dark-red to deep-purple. Sweet and flavorful fresh when very young, but works very well once dried to make pink-red cornmeal for tortillas, chips, and bread. The stalks grow to 5-7 feet tall and produces ears of corn about 2 - 5 inches long.
