Dragons Tongue Bush bean is a favorite from my childhood. They are colorful and very easy to grow. The bean plants grow to 6-8" and keep producing beans most of the summer. Make in salads, can them, eat fresh (they also freeze well). The pods are stringless and the plant vines are high-yielding.

Sow bean seeds outdoors after any danger of frost has passed in your growing zone. Even though these are bush beans the vine will grow quite a bit and you might want to plant them near a fence or trellis or stake the bean plant.
Planting Depth: 1"
Spacing: There are a few methods (squares with bean on each corner and supports), rows near a fence. Try to seeds 2" apart.
