Our Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
Your orders are processed and shipped out within 3 - 5 business days.
Currently we are using the cheapest way to ship for our customers through USPS so that more heirloom seeds can be distributed to gardeners. However, you can upgrade to tracking in the cart if you would like to track your package. All plants are shipped with tracking. After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.
Please allow 12 to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
2. Shipping Address Changes
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.
3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times
Most of our products will take 5-6 days for delivery. Some of our products will arrived within a few days.
Please refer to your product tracing number to see how soon your package will arrive.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and
destination of the items in the order.
We provide shipping options:
Standard Shipping will be calculated on orders below $100 based on where you live and the weight of the package.
Free Shipping is, well, free, so do not worry about the shipping costs.
We do not offer express shipping.
Be aware that these delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Sadly, we are unable to ship your order to a PO Box or to a Military Address.
5. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit
If you did not purchase tracking we cannot replace any items that might have gone missing while in transit.
If you purchased tracking, you have a suspicion your parcel is lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.
If your package has indeed gone missing, we will contact you and update you on when it will arrive.
6. Returns and Refunds
If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide a instructions for a replacement or refund immediately.
6.1 Return Due To Change of Mind
We will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as the request is received by us within 30 days of you receiving the item. Some items cannot be returned (such as perishables, plants, etc), and we will show this on the product description.
The item must be returned to us in the original packaging, unopened, and unused.
The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed and you will receive the full value of the product as a refund.
6.2 Returns
Any returns must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
Upon the acquirement of the package containing the products for the warranty claim, we will process your warranty claim within 7 days.
