Tomato Seeds, Cherokee Purple

Cherokee Purple Tomatoes are an heirloom that is tender and sweet. One of the most delicious heirloom tomatoes to eat fresh or can with other varieties for, well, the best tasting sauce you have ever tasted.

Cherokee Purple is considered a beefsteak variety, which means its a producer of consistently larger fruits. They also have smaller seed cavities than other types of tomatoes giving them a greater ratio of flesh to juice and seeds. This tomato ripens to a beautiful, deep, dusky, purple-pink color.
