This variety of dill is one of the most commonly grown and is often used for pickling and herb seasoning for food. It blooms early and produces whimsical green flowers and if you let the whimsical flowers continue to grow, seeds begin to appear and you can use these seeds in most canning recipes that call for dill. Or, harvest when the dill plants are young and have fresh green flavoring or garnish of dill in any dish. It’s long and chartreuse stems and foliage make a great for filler in flower arrangements.
