Climate Adaptive Qualities

Ok, this is one of those vegetables that you can plausibly say looks a lot like candy for any person who might not like veggies. Chiogga Beets are an heirloom traced back to the 1840's and named after a small Venetian town called Chiogga ).

They are a crisp, not messy beat that tastes just like other red beets and has a candy cane-striped inside making it a beet that wins awards and is coveted (so keep your beets close).

Our seeds are grown, then hand-packed in small batches so everyone can try heirlooms and, honestly, because maybe they are precious packages and gardens are that important.

Our Mission

(✿◠‿◠)

We sell small batches because we think it's important to try a bunch
of different types of plants in your garden, and in your climate,
to see what is beneficial.

Our seeds are harvested fresh every Fall when we make small batches to sell. We also source fresh seeds for the year from local farmers, seed banks, and non-gmo organically grown suppliers.

THAT MEANS:
• Non-GMO
• USA grown
• Open-pollinated
• Untreated (no fungicides, pesticides, herbicides, etc.)
• Tested to meet the highest germination standards
